Testimonials from Our Clients Regarding Dog Boarding
First Chat Dialog:
Kiki was an anxious and a little aggressive dog. She was not good around small children and other dogs. She is an old silky terrier and had previous traumas from an abusive owner in the past. The current owner is a young lady with a big heart and adopted her. We managed to calm her down and teach her good manners. Our dogs, particularly Miki who is also a Silky Terrier, communicates to her what we deem as acceptable behavior. Mimi, a maltese, also enforced by growling at her Kiki at the moment Kiki misbehaves.
Second Chat Dialog:
Xiaobai is a 9 years old Westie, sterilized. Although sterilized, he loves to mark everywhere. We showed Xiaobai where the bathroom is and show to him that this is the place to pee and poo. He gets it within 2 weeks. Xiaobai is an adorable dog. Other than his toilet problem, he is a sweetheart.
Third Chat Dialog:
Casper is a 1 year old Westie. His owner has 2 other shihtzus and Casper being the youngest, wreak havoc in the house. His owner is also Indonesian. She said that now her Westie is calmer and no longer barks madly when she leaves to work in the morning. Her other shihtzu is also getting better in manners after she learnt tips from us.
Other instances:
Kirby is a Dachshund who boards with us regularly. On the 2nd time boarding with us, we notice that the vets gave the dog the wrong medicine. Kirby went to the vet 1 week before boarding with us and had been taking the wrong medicine. He was having a skin irritation and the vets gave him diarrhoea tablets. We took him to the vet to get the right medication. And on the 5th time boarding with us, we detected a growth on the neck. We told the owner to have it checked. Luckily it was not a serious matter this time.
We are not vets, but having ample experience with dogs, we are able to tell when your dog is physically unfit. Usual signs to look for is the dog's nose, gums, stool and ears. We have advised our clients truthfully and sincerely to the best we can.
